Opens : May 13, 2006
Pool Guidelines There is no lifeguard on duty. Upon receipt of the pool key, each homeowner signs a waiver that you, your family and your guests swim at your own risk.
You must be 13 years of age and a resident of Lansdowne to swim without supervision. Children under 13 years old must be supervised by someone who is 16 years of age or older. You must be at least 16 years of age to bring guests to the pool. Each household is allowed to bring a maximum of four guests to the pool.
Each homeowner is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. There is not a cleaning person on staff. Prompt cleanup of food and garbage will alleviate problems with ants and rodents.
It is recommended that you do not swim during an electrical (lightning) storm.
If feces or vomit is found in the pool, DHEC requires that the pool be closed immediately. Please contact Donna Johnson or Halcyon Real Estate Services, LLC @ 736-0394.
No diving allowed. The pool is too shallow.
No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
No pets allowed in the pool area.
No diapers allowed. Swimmies, however, are allowed. Proper swim attire is required. Swimming in street clothes is not allowed.
The pool and surrounding areas are part of our Community Area. Proper language and behavior is requested. Please be respectful to other patrons using the facilities.
You must complete an Amenities Request Form in order to host a party at the pool or other common areas at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.
All DHEC regulations apply to the pool, in addition to the above guidelines.
